Mowbray Park Farm has a rich history dating back to the early days of European settlement in Australia. All around the property you get this sense of time and history, the modern mixing with the old. The History of Mowbray Park Farm dates back to 1822 and is a story which includes many alumni of early Australian settlement.

The business is managed by Jacqui and Blair Briggs, the daughter and son-in-law of Dr Couch and his wife Margaret. The Couch family have owned the 198 year old farm longer than anyone prior.

An extensive program of improvements has occurred before and during the time Blair and Jacqui have managed the property. Their aim: to provide an enhanced farm experience for all students. The management team has also increased the emphasis on agricultural output which has the property echoing it's illustrious past. Improvements and updates to the colonial lodges is ongoing, whilst maintaining their heritage charm.

School excursions came into existence in the late 1970's and over the years have evolved into one of the preeminent student experiences in NSW.
