Comfortable casual clothing. Long pants and shoes or boots for horse riding, helmets are available. We do suggest that you bring your own tennis rackets and balls if required. For the pool bring a beach towel, sun hat and sunscreen. Students are required to bring along their own linen or sleeping bags, towel, pillow slip and a torch.
We certainly do. Mowbray Park is the perfect location for your midweek conference. We have professional staff, our conference room is well set up with modern equipment. Yes, absolutely. We would ask that you contact us and arrange a time. This is to ensure that the accomodation lodges are empty and we are able to be with you to answer all your questions.
Yes you can. Come and enjoy horse riding, lunch and all the farm activities at a very reasonable rate. Have a look at Day Visits on this site.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on arrival.
We accept payment by credit card, EFTPOS, Cheque or Direct Debit. If Direct Debit is your preference please ask us for our bank account details.
If your final group numbers are less than the number quoted when you placed the booking we will invoice you an amount equivalent to 85% of the original booking value.
If cancellation is made less than 2 months from the visit date we will invoice you for 50% of the original booking value.
Should a substitution booking be secured then the minimum amount will be reduced by the value of the substitution. If, without prior approval your stay with us is less than you booked the full amount is payable. (this needs to be made easier to understand)

Yes we have a menu selection sheet which is available to download from HERE.
We require this to be completed and returned to us at the time you confirm your booking and pay your deposit.
Please make sure any dietary requirements/food allergies are included when you return your menu selection.
We can accommodate up to 80 students plus teachers.
